But for organisations: We offer a corporate subscription for organisations who aim to building a pool of IT Professionals who can showcase their competencies to organisations or simply keep track of the career advancement using SFIA. You can view each profile of your employee or us VSP for potential recruitment applications. Align the skills you need and allow for applicants to offer an insight into their skill alignment to your role with evidence.
Business will be able to place job adverts for a small fee, using the skills they need aligned to SFIA, knowing those using our skills profiler are offering an insight into their proficiency.
